About Carmel Care and Support

At Carmel Care, we believe that with the right support and care, anyone can live an independent life. Whether it is in their own home or through shared accommodation, with the correct services in place everyone can live life to the fullest.

To ensure this, we consider the needs of the individual and build a support package that offers choice and control. We create a personalised plan, developed alongside each individual, their families and representatives, then work with our partners, Fairhome Group to find the right home to meet their needs.

Our supported living approach gives each person the necessary security and independence they need to live a safe, happy and healthy life and we encourage individuals to make their own decisions about how they choose to live.

Alongside our supported living services, we offer outreach support to people living in their own tenancies or at home with family, as well as short break support services and residential care.
